Lady Sting Varsity Softball
November 2014 - Present
Playing at center field and sometimes catcher, I learned about strategy, teamwork, and sportsmanship. During junior year, I was nominated for and participated in the Battle of the Boroughs as a center fielder. I am now captain and will participate in the Battle of the Boroughs again.

As the co-captain during junior year, I led the team by running drills to build stamina, speed, and strength and teaching fundamental skills. In the numerous games that I played, I learned about strategic plays, sportsmanship and how to play with my teammates successfully. I am now continuing to utilize such skills and strengthen our team as the captain in my senior year.
