Softball - First Few Games

We have been losing all of our games, and it’s led me to reflect a lot. I messed up once today during our game, but there still remains so many more issues regarding our team. Because we made cuts so late, we had significantly less amount of time to work amongst our team, helping the rookies improve and the old players enhance their previous skills. We still haven't had a practice as a full starting line up, and we don't really have any definitive positions for most players. I've played catcher for one game, and then for another I was center fielder. Some people moved from being third base and second base. Right now, it seems like we're still just trying to solidify our team. I really hope that things become better as games progress, especially because of how the Lady Sting team has a legacy in being the best team in BSGE. We've been division champions for a consecutive three to four years, and this is the first year probably that we've ever been mercied for that many games. It is really frustrating, especially as a four year player who has been on the team at its best and now seemingly at its worst. Nonetheless, I'm going to continue to try my best throughout these games and hope that we improve as a team!
